Hi, I am Wendell Turner, the owner of Turner's Garage & Transmission. Welcome to our website. I have been in business at this same location now for over 29 years. My father ran a service station/parts store from 1949 to 1970 on the same property. My staff & I take pride in maintaining the same values as he had: Good products, good workmanship, and standing behind what we do. Exceptional customer service and treating our customers like family has prevailed through the years -- we wouldn't stand for anything less! We have relationships with our customers, like family and that has always been important for us to maintain. I grew up here in Sumter and take pride in giving back to the community. I play an active role in helping improve our schools & various other community groups. If you are an existing customer, let me say thank you, for letting us service your automotive needs. My name is Kerry Filyaw and I am the Service Writer here at Turner's Garage & Transmission. As a service writer, it is my job to deal with all my customer's car care needs and repairs. I am responsible for making sure we keep our customers vehicles in safe, reliable condition -- that is my number one priority. Every day is challenging and there is not a day that goes by that I don't learn something new. The automobile industry is changing everyday with technology; therefore, the staff here also trains & learns on a constant basis to provide exceptional quality of repair service and work. I take the time with all of my customers to explain and answer any questions they may have. It is my job to make sure you receive the best customer service and you are truly satisfied with the services you receive here at Turner's Garage & Transmission.
